When A Admin or Moderator IP Bans You It Bans Your IP Address, Basically Your Computers Personal Address, Will Not Let You Back Into The Chat!

Whats Different Between This Ban And The One Used Before?

The Bans First Used Were Just Cookie Bans, Which When We Banned, It Bans You By Cookies, The New Ban Feature Bans By Your IP Address
